Generally speaking, nitrogen generators do not require a foundation and can be installed on a flat and clean indoor floor. But for larger specifications of air compressors, compressed air drying equipment, etc., if there are basic requirements for the equipment, a foundation needs to be made. At the same time, for the convenience of equipment maintenance and cleaning, a flat tabletop should be made on the ground of the air compressor, drying equipment, nitrogen generator, and nitrogen purification device, which is 10cm higher than the ground.
In order to better use the nitrogen generator, the following two points need to be known before use:
When the nitrogen pressure of the nitrogen generator does not reach the set value, first observe the flow meter. If the flow display is larger than usual, it can be basically concluded that there is a leak point in the entire system. Solution: Turn off the power, remove the gas circuit, seal the nitrogen outlet tightly with a sealing nut, turn on the power, check if the pressure can reach the set value, and check if the flow rate display can reach "000". If the flow rate display can return to zero, it means that the instrument itself is not leaking gas. Please check whether the pipeline after the gas output port and the gas equipment are leaking gas. If the flow display cannot return to zero, there is a leakage point in the instrument. Please use soap solution to check if there is any leakage in the drying tube.
When the air compressor is frequently started, there may be air leakage in the nitrogen generator. Please check if the nitrogen flow display is consistent with the actual gas consumption of the equipment. If there is a significant difference, it can be concluded that there is a leak in the entire system. Please check the leak point according to the common faults mentioned above and use soap solution to check if there is a leak in the air drying tube.
